This can absolutely hinder your sleep quality and prevent you from getting the sleep your body needs and craves. There are lots of steps you can take to improve the air quality in your home like air purifiers and filters, but there are some very simple ones too! Studies have shown that this plant can reduce symptoms of asthma and allergies. The American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology reported that, in a 2005 experiment, English Ivy removed 94% of airborne feces and 78% of airborne mold in just 12 hours!
